1. Who we are
TruckOffice is a road-freight management service. We act as the controller of your personal data within the meaning of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). For any data-related questions contact us at privacy@truckoffice.net.
2. What data we collect
Only the data you submit yourself via the "Try for free" and "Request a demo" forms: full name, work email and — optionally — phone number, company name and fleet size. We also record the site language the request was sent from.
3. Purposes and legal basis
The data is used solely to contact you regarding your request: to provide access to the service or arrange a demo. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. Who receives the data
Your request is delivered to our managers via the Telegram messenger (Telegram Messenger Inc.), which acts as a technical delivery channel. We do not sell personal data and do not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.
5. Retention period
We keep requests no longer than necessary to process them, and in any case no longer than 12 months from submission, after which the data is deleted.
6. Cookies and analytics
The site does not use tracking cookies and does not embed third-party analytics or advertising services.
7. Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority. To exercise your rights, email privacy@truckoffice.net — we respond within 30 days.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page together with the date of the last update.
